In order for you to contact us - and to provide you with more relevant content in newsletters and campaigns - we use ActiveCampaign to register and use your data collected through forms, newsletter sign-ups and tracking of the pages you visit on our websites.

3. Use of personal information

Personal information is never disclosed to a third party unless you expressly grant permission in this regard, and we never collect personal information unless you yourself have provided this information on registration, when making a purchase or when participating in a survey, etc. In such cases, information concerning name, address, postcode, email, gender, age, interests, attitudes and knowledge of different topics is collected.
Personal information is used to execute the purchase or the service in connection with which the information is collected, e.g. when issuing our newsletters and in conjunction with enquiries etc. In addition, this information is used to obtain a greater knowledge about you and other users of the website. This may include surveys and analyses that are aimed at enhancing our products and services.

3.1 Contact with regard to personal information

If you wish to obtain access to information about you that has been registered, you have to contact support@iot.klimator.dk. If incorrect data has been registered or you have other objections, you can use the same contact information. You will then be able to obtain insight into the information about you that has been registered and you can make an objection against a particular registration pursuant to the provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.

3.2 Protection of personal information

Pursuant to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, personal information is stored in a secure and confidential manner. We save your personal information on computers and servers with restricted access and which are located in controlled facilities, in addition to which our security measures are continually checked to determine whether our user information is being handled properly, while at all times being subject to consideration of your rights as a user. This website uses SSL, which means that the communication between you and our website is encrypted. We are unable, however, to guarantee 100 percent security when transferring data via the internet. This means that there is a risk that unauthorized persons may be able to forcefully obtain access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. Personal information is thus submitted at your own risk.
Personal information is deleted or made anonymous on an ongoing basis as and when the reasons for its collection have expired. The rapid development of the internet means that revisions to our processing of personal information may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and revise these guidelines with regard to the processing of personal information. If we do this, then we will of course correct the date of “last updated” at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant revisions, we will provide notice of this in the form of a visible notification on our websites.
In the event that personal information about you is processed, you are entitled pursuant to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data to receive notice concerning any personal information that can be attributed to you. In the event that the information or data about you that is processed proves to be incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to demand that this information or data be rectified, deleted or blocked. You can at any time make an objection to information about you being subject to processing. In addition, you can at any time retract your consent or ask us to export your data. You are also able to make a complaint with regard to the processing of information and data about you. Complaints should be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
